105 miles to the northeast of Left Coast along the mighty Columbia River lies Threemile Vineyard. The dry climate in the rain shadow of the Cascade range provides the necessary heat to ripen Tempranillo and a mixture of loam, loess, and volcanic soils gives a distinct character to the wine. This is our first Left Coast wine sourced from outside of our estate and we wanted to find an Oregon vineyard that could produce something entirely different from our estate wines.
