This 100% Dijon clone, single vineyard release abounds with cinnamon, clove, cherry, and black tea aromas. Flavors are mirrored, with accents of leather, cedar and orange blossom. The finish offers finely interwoven tannin, plus a lingering minerality.
Orange blossoms, summer grasses and wet stone are complimented with grapefruit, pineapples, pears and coconut. Texturally driven, with ample acidity, the palate displays flavors of citrus soda, slate and mineral finish.
