Come visit our beautiful 490-acre estate during peak Spring bloom!
On this special estate tour, you will learn about the processes that we've undergone over the last 8 years to realize this transformation and the ongoing efforts to continue to enhance our natural landscapes for native flora and fauna. This ticketed truck tour starts at 12 pm and lasts 90 minutes. We will travel across the estate and visit some of Left Coast's most scenic vistas. We will learn about viticulture, the history of the estate and visit our more remote gardens with CEO and member of Family Ownership, Taylor Pfaff.
The tour ends with Wine Tasting paired with small bites. Availability is limited with space only available for 12 guests.
Price is $90 per guest (15% discount for Wine Club Members).

Have you always wanted to learn how to make Left Coast’s world - renowned pizza… Now’s your chance! Join us for a night of learning the art of making pizza dough, topping’s, sauces to share with friends and family. Chef Mike will walk you through how he measures each ingredient , mixes the dough, and forms the dough ball to stretch, and bake to become your crust! While the dough rises you will enjoy a delightful salad with verbal instructions on how the dressing was made. Then the fun begins where you get to assemble your pizza after you’ve learned how to roll and toss it of course! We will provide all the sauces, toppings and cheeses for you to assemble your very own wood-fired pizza to enjoy after cooking. We will finish the class with a delicious desert. Wine pairings will be offered with each course and you will take home a dough ball to enjoy making it at home with loved ones.

This golden colored Chardonnay is expressively aromatic with tropical fruits of pineapple, mango and guava, and accented with more savory notes of cedar box, lemon cookies and all spice. The palate delivers with bright acidity, persisting through the mineral/wet-stone mid-palate, and leading to a mouth-watering finish.
This wine has both a lightness and a richness on the palate, beginning with fresh strawberry, bing cherry, and zesty orange followed by creamy straw and hazelnut note with a chalky minerality on the finish.
