The 2021 Latitude 45 wine has a savory characteristic with delicate dark fruit, clove, and resin aromas. Indian spices, black currant, black cherries, and forest floor dominate the palate with a richness and tension toward fine-grained tannins, favoring a sweet fruity texture and flinty finish.

The fragrant nose offers aromas of bubble gum, rose-hip, jasmine, apricots, peaches and kiwi fruit. The palate is generous with stone-fruits, a creamy body, and ample weight and acidity.
Complex aromas of poached pear and peaches, with notes of golden straw and honey. On the palate the wine is well balanced with great intensity of flavors of sweet honeydew melon, butterscotch and savory baking spice finishing with a hint of minerality.
